There are also two guest houses, a Viking outdoor kitchen, gym, tennis court, gazebo, greenhouse, separate theater, an entertainment suite, swimming pool, spa, pool cabana, a one-of-a-kind recording studio, temperature-controlled wine storage, and three horse pastures that could easily be converted to your own private vineyard have access to the main home, carriage house, pool area with outdoor Viking kitchen, pool house with upscale entertainment and billiards room, tennis court and landscaped grounds. A world-class recording studio is A La Carte, depending on your needs.
